Coaching, ​​​as defined by the International Coach Federation, is defined as "a thought-provoking and creative process that supports the optimization of personal and professional potential." It involves a partnership between a client who is seeking change, growth, or something different moving forward in their life; and a coach, who serves as a committed development partner and facilitates a process of inquiry, exploration, discovery and action toward the client's desired outcomes.​​

Edges are the taking-off points and frontiers in your life. They represent precipices between comfort and growth, the known and the unknown, hesitancy and boldness.

Edges show up as transitions, choice-points, and growth opportunities. They are the in-between places and liminal spaces – the gaps between where you are and where you want to be. Edges are places along the journey where we may want to be especially aware of our footing, how we are moving, and where we are heading.

With edges, there are associated inner and outer knowings, a sense of place, and our emotions. These offer rich territory for exploration.  Coaching provides a clear process for exploration, developing greater awareness, and support on your journey.

What I Offer

Single Sessions
Developmental Packages
Available in 45-, 60-, or 90-minute sessions. 
We clarify what's important to you now, and in the short- and long-term, and why it's important to you.
We explore habits (largely unconscious, conditioned ways of being and acting) underlying assumptions and that may be undermining your desired change. We make the change process explicit, so that you can become self-generative. Our process supports you in designing meaningful and success-oriented action plans that are customized to your needs and desired outcomes, and helps you move in the direction you want to go. 
This opportunity allows for a deeper dive into whatever you want to work on and cover your area of interest. Working together over a minimum of 6 sessions and over a longer period of time (2-3 months or more), you will have the chance to develop sustainable change through extended contact, support, and accountability.
Developmental packages can be tailored towards your needs in terms of frequency and the duration of the sessions and can focus on a single question or topic or multiple issues over the course of our work together.

"Booster" Sessions 
for Returning Clients
I am committed to working with an individual on your team or your whole team to help you address issues that get in the way of functioning at peak levels and achieving the results to which your organization is committed. The best outcomes are produced via small group or team coaching, rather than targeting a single individual, because issues are often supported or exacerated by interpersonal dynamics, the existing system, and historical and current organizational culture.
For former clients, I offer the opportuntiy to refresh what you have learned, build on your current awareness and capacity, and continue your forward movement along the trajectory you've set for yourself, or make a course correction. We can also explore new challenges and how you want to navigate them in alignment with your values. Booster sessions can be offered as single sessions or in a package, based on what you want and supports you best.
